Quick & Easy BBQ Soy Curls
1/2 - 8 oz package Butler Soy Curls™ (approx. 2 cups)
¼ cup barbeque sauce (Our favorite is Trader Joe's All Natural BBQ Sauce)
2 Tbsp. oil
Directions:
Soak Soy Curls™ in warm water for about 10 minutes. Drain and add to skillet with oil and barbeque sauce.
Brown the Soy Curls™, turning often.
Salt to taste and enjoy!
BBQ Soy Curls™ are delicious over rice, baked potatoes, tossed in a salad, or stacked high on a bun.
Serves 3-4.
